Act against Spam: Bush signs anti-Spam legislation
Article Abstract:
United States President, George W. Bush signed several acts into legislation Dec. 16 including the Controlling Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003, dubbed Can-Spam who had the anti-Spam community as its supporters. However, a lot of people in the anti-Spam community refer to this act as the I-Can-Spam Act as the legislation really legitimizes Spam.
