Antimonopoly push from 20 U.S. states: 2nd prong of the government's case against Microsoft
Article Abstract:
The antitrust complaint filed by 20 states against the Microsoft on May 18, 1988, was consolidated for trial in Oct and Nov. 1998 with the federal suit. Unfortunately, the appellate court in Washington has so many Reagan judges that the suit is probably doomed.A copy of the New York complaint is given.
