The president has the right to personal leave
Article Abstract:
The 25th constitutional amendment entitles the president to administrative leave when he declares he is unable to discharge his office's powers and duties. This type of leave might be appropriate to a president like Bill Clinton, who is besieged by legal problems. Clinton has to expend increasing time and effort on the Paula Jones and Monica Lewinsky matters, regardless of their ultimate resolutions. Pres Clinton could hand over the reins to Vice Pres Al Gore until his legal problems are resolved.

No rhyme or reason for 'Seinfeld' firing
Article Abstract:
A Wisconsin jury awarded $26.2 mil damages award to an employee who had been terminated for sexual harassment in a case which should cause corporate managers to assess sexual harassment policies. The verdict in the so-called "Seinfeld" case could lead companies to a set of fundamental rights for accused sexual harassers. These rights would include a right to an independent investigation, confidentiality, review of investigative results by accused, and hearing and appeals rights.
