The appointment of Marie-Bernarde Miller to purusue disbarment recommendations against Pres Bill Clinton and charges she will file are discussed. Commentaries to the Arkansas ethics code create more responsibility for lawyers holding public office, , which could mean more than a reprimand for Clinton.
