Article Abstract:
A directory of major US continuing legal education programs offered in the second half of 1999 is given. The listing is divided by 20-30 general subjects such as antitrust, bankruptcy law, corporate counsel, derivatives, employee benefits, estate planning and government contracts law. Under these subjects the division is chronological with the date the program is offered, highlights, the e-mail address and mailing address of the contact and the telephone number.
