Ending the culture of corporate discrimination
Article Abstract:
Sexism and racism in the workplace remains as shown by the well-publicized incident in Texaco where executives defamed minority employees and connived to rid evidences related to an equal employment opportunity (EEO) lawsuit. Although there is widespread belief on the unacceptability of workplace discrimination, its practice remains wanting. The problem on workplace discrimination is attributed to factors such as the lack of senior management support for EEO. However, organizations can help promote EEO by educating corporations and forwarding resolutions for more diversity in companies.

Why business should help save the rainforests
Article Abstract:
Businesses should be ethically committed to preventing the destruction of cultures, which can result from the destruction of tropical rain forests. Sustainable development is crucial to such preservation but often requires support from national and international governments. Sustainable development helped preserve the Kilum forest in Cameroon. Businesses may not see the financial value in preserving cultures, but they should act ethically. Technology and research may then be used to prevent the destruction of cultures that have developed over generations.
