Zero tolerance, zero sense
Article Abstract:
Issues are discussed regarding the zero-tolerance policies implemented by schools across the US since the Columbine shootings and those at other schools. Theree are accusations of injustices in school discipline and fears that fairness is being replaced by fear and alienation. The courts only seem ready to intervene in school discipline when the Americans with Disabilities Act is involved.
