Article Abstract:

In the case of Adjuri v. IDF Commander in West Bank, the Israeli Supreme Court considered the application of three Arabs of the West Bank who had been ordered to live in the Gaza Strip by the commander of the Israeli Defense Forces in the West Bank. The Court confirmed two of the orders, but set aside the third because it found that the commander could not reasonably believe that its subject would engage in terrorist activities if he remained in the West Bank.
