Article Abstract:
The difficulties faced by multinational companies with different antitrust review regimes worldwide are discussed. Consumers may be hurt by this proliferation as these may keep merger candidates from exploiting potential post-merger efficiencies. Movement for a Global Competition Initiative is discussed.
