Bruce D Collins, the vice pres and general counsel of C-Span, is devoting more of his time to intellectual property, although this still amounts to less than his colleagues in media law. The must-carry rule is a pressing issue for C-Span. Collins does much of the outside counsel work himself, and an employment case is the only active litigation C-Span is involved in.
