In fact, only one major defendant, the auditing firm Deloitte and Touche, has still not settled. Article Abstract:
The epic Fenmore family probate battle concerns the $3mil estate of a lawyer-real estate developer and a suit against the family's estate law firm, Loeb and Loeb. The heart of Loeb and Loeb's demurrer to the complaint is that the allegations come too late. The one thing the Fenmore family agrees upon is that the law firm is at fault.
