Article Abstract:

Experts expect to see problems arise, at least in a few instances, and those who switch back and forth between firms and companies advise first developing a solid base of expertise in a firm.

Experts: Bingaman's intervention OK
Article Abstract:
Antitrust law practitioners and professors beleive Asst US Attorney General Anne Bingaman did nothing wrong when she called a Microsoft employee to recommend that the company make its developmental version of Windows 95 available to Apple for study. Bingaman negotiated the Microsoft antitrust settlement that has come under fire by judge Stanley Sporkin. Most feel that the call was not meant to aid Apple, but to keep Microsoft aware of the antitrust implications of not abiding with the agreement.
