Email can be an effective, inexpensive way for attorneys to communicate with prospective clients if it is answered in a timely fashion. Firms that find their volume of email correspondence burdensome may consider outsourcing their email traffic to an email answering service in order to maintain crucial quick response times. Links from a company web site can also be used to put customers directly in contact with staff through the use of chat technology or callback services.
