The suit against Kozmo.com is discussed and alleges the practice of redlining in its selection of areas of Washington DC eligible for delivery of goods ordered on its Web site. The suit alleges a constitutional tort as well as violation of Washington DC's Human Rights Act.

Open court? As courthouses rush to put filing online, easy access to court documents has many worrying about privacy rights
Article Abstract:
The privacy concerns caused by the race to digitize documents and reasons for the absence of access policies are discussed. Anyone with Internet access can anonymously obtain such material. Government bodies are trying to balance access rights and privacy and recommend policies.
