Issues concerning the labor relations environment after the Supreme Court's ruling on union salting in NLRB v. Town & Country Electric, Inc., are discussed. A historical perspective of the practice as well as the industry and union positions, the NLRB, appellate court and Supreme Court rulings in Town & Country and a detailed discussion of union salting strategies and tactics are all provided.
