Protection plan; insurance can give important safeguard against employee claims
Article Abstract:
Various liability policies insurance employers against employment claims. These include commercial general liability; workers' compensation/employers' liability; and directors' and officers', and employment practices liability. More employers are buying employment practices liability insurance, which provides specific coverage for certain kinds of employment discrimination claims, as well as claims made under sexual harassment laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
