Article Abstract:

The firms expanding their intellectual property expertise include Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro and Sidley & Austin. Other firms are developing alliances with patent, trademark and copyright firms or hiring additional individual attorneys working in the practice area. Some firms have found that intellectual property practices can be difficult to integrate into firms with traditional business practices.

Article Abstract:

The case suggests the govt may regard as criminal many acts long considered part of an ethical but aggressive defense, though prosecutors deny that.
