The OECD anti-bribery convention: coverage of foreign subsidiaries
Article Abstract:
The author discusses the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's anti-bribery convention and the question of whether bribery by foreign subsidiaries threatens the convention. The requirements of the convention and of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act are outlined.
