The National Law Journal's defense wins by summary judgment for 2000 are discussed. In Glastetter v. Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. the defense used the Daubert ruling to win summary judgment, arguing that the FDA report and the plaintiffs' anecdotal evidence could not qualify as the basis for the experts' causation opinion.
