Article Abstract:
Three software products that include built-in e-mail clients that interface with Microsoft Outlook are discussed: Data.TXT's Time Matters; Software Technology's Case Master; and Gavel & Gown Software's Amicus Attorney. The point is made that e-mail has become a preferred method of communication, and consequently, a case management program that lacks the ability to manage e-mail is not complete.
