ScanSoft's $59 Paperport Deluxe 7.0 stands out in an evaluation of three document management software packages. The software, which is easy to use, scans, organizes and finds documents, phots and Web pages, using thumbnails, color-coded folders and keywords. A built-in optical character recognition (OCR) feature converts scanned images into text.
