Uh, like, he's the dude at MTV. Cool
Article Abstract:
David W. Sussman is MTV Networks' general counsel of law and business affairs. MTV revenues come from their sale of advertising network time and cable television operator licensing, mostly in the US, but the company has also formed several joint broadcasting ventures with at least a dozen countries. Sussman makes use of various outside counsel, such as Viacom and Weil, Gotshall & Manges and intellectual property specialists as MTV has need. He believes attorneys need to have a total commitment to clients.

'Therapizing' divorce; a new type of counselor helps clients, which helps attorneys
Article Abstract:
Legal therapist counselors have been integrated into the practice of divorce attorney Ronni K. Burrows. The result has been clients whose emotional as well as legal needs are being met. Burrows is allowed to focus on the legal aspects of the divorce proceeding while a legal therapist counselor deals with the inevitable complications in the lives of clients which would otherwise impinge upon the time of an attorney handling a divorce matter.
