2000-05: Facing up to reality
Article Abstract:
In spite of the successful shows like "X factor", reality shows and sports events revenues shares of the Independent Television (ITV) showed decline nature in the first decade of 21st century. Working together with Granada ITV produced successful reality shows like "Coronation Street". Problems faced by ITV in producing and broadcasting of sports events are presented.
