Among the most well-known and respected are the BBC's Frances Parker, whose recent work includes Nostromo and Pennies from Heaven. Other top-rate players in the industry include Blue's Bill Ogden and West 1's Jon Blow. Successful editors have excellent technical skills, good people skills and must be able to inspire others.
