Article Abstract:
The Northern California Current (NCC), the costal region between northern California and northern Washington, is the web of small tensions apropos to fishery science and ecosystem management. It is understood that the web of small tensions is too negligent to predictions and if stated properly and creatively, the relationships and its outcome can be understood in a proper perspective.
