Gareth Neame leaves BBC for the fourth and possibly the last time, to become managing director at Carnival, one of the oldest independent producers. The move came about as BBC is increasing its indie drama content and his experience and track record will be a huge asset for Carnival. Neame feels that his excellent relationships at BBC gives him the right push to supply the best to BBC.
