Carlton sees light at end of tunnel
Article Abstract:
Carlton Communications is reporting a pre-tax loss of 409.2 million pounds sterling on total revenue of 1.6 billion pounds sterling for the year ending 9/30/2001. The company's growing financial loss can be blamed on a decline in advertising revenue and its costly investment in the ill-fated ITV Digital platform.
