Caroll R. Norden, 83, retired professor and researcher in the Departmental of Biological Sciences and Great lake WATER Institute at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, passed away on 10 June 2003. Norden was employed as a fishery biologist with the Michigan Department of Conservation, and later as a fisheries research biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Homer J. Campbell
Article Abstract:
Homer Jerome Campbell of Corvallis, fisheries biologist and manager was born in Hillsboro, Oregon state college after serving with the Army Air Corps during World War II. Campbell inspired others to protect and restore the environment and his positive attitude and infectious joy were an inspiration to those who knew and worked with him.

Georgia DNR fisheries biologist

David Guy Partridge, a fisheries biologist, died on 16 February 2007 on an automobile accident. He used to work for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources but left after 10 years to return to his home state Iowa.
