City expects Global to raise GCap bid

Analysts believe that Global Radio is going to raise its bid to take GCap Media private instead of pursuing a reverse takeover that would allow shareholders to retain a stake in the merged business. It is also believed that GCap will raise its bid from 190p to as much as 250p. Other views on the ongoing merger deal are presented.
