Pinewood Shepperton mulls BBC Resources bid

Pinewood Shepperton studios, whose half-year pre-tax profit is up 39%, is looking into buying BBC Resources. The former's TV revenues for the first half of 2007 ending in June 30 fell to 4.7 million pounds from 5.5 million pounds, but is still planning to do more TV work. Pinewood Shepperton's financial performance, as well as its plans to build new facilities, are discussed.
