Corbitt joins R&D efforts at Innovation
Article Abstract:
Innovation TK has announced that Dave Corbitt has joined its research and development group as part of company's goal of producing the finest telecine pictures possible. Corbitt, who was lured into transferring from Manhatttan Transfer where he was the director of telecine engineering, will be joining newly-signed Hazel Gooby and Brian Brown to help in the development of a high-definition telecine, a modified version of Cintel's Ursa machine. The soon-to-be-released telecine will be unveiled by the company in April 1999 at the National Association of Broadcaster' Convention.
