Experts raise doubts over move to tapeless
Article Abstract:
The standards and strategies that will have to be adopted by the television broadcasting industry before declaring itself as 'tapeless', are discussed. In this context the opinions of John Lennon of BSkyB, Steve While of Channel 4 and Ian Whitfield of ITV are presented. The pros and cons of becoming tapeless that were discussed at Broadcast Tapeless Production conference are furnished.
