A profile is presented of Sky Networks' deputy managing director Sophie Turner Laing, whose accomplishments include a Women in Film and Television award for 'outstanding business achievements'. Since joining Sky in March last year as director of film channels and acquisitions, she managed to acquire several important programmes as well as the screening rights for the Oscars.
