Getting back on track: It's been a tough year for Channel 4, but it's survived its annus horribilis

Channel 4 marks their 25th year in business with a very bad year due largely to the racist bullying on Celebrity Big Brother which had almost destroyed the channel's hard-won brand values. Channel 4 commissioners had been forced tp take less risks over the past few years which had made the channel bland and boring.
