Gilligan makes TV debut with C4 doc

Channel 4's new current affairs program, "30 Minutes", will feature a report by Andrew Gilligan on Britain's intelligence services, in comparison to that of the United States. Gilligan's BBC Radio 4 report had accused the British government of "sexing up" the Iraq dossier, leading to a major crisis in the broadcast company.
