Key pair clock off at the Film Factory
Article Abstract:
The Film Factory's Bill Scanlon, head of digital film, and Andrew Howes, head of 3D, have resigned from the company as they decide to move on with another venture. Scanlon and VTR managing director, Ant Frend, said that the separation was amicable, but inside sources state that the parting of ways was due to tensions between Scanlon and the VTR division as well as the relatively small number of big-budget films such as Lost in Space. The film effects company has relatively limited projects after its handling of Lost in Space for New Line Cinema.
