Main studio rules
Article Abstract:
Broadcast station planning to move their main studios must comply with FCC relocation rules. Relocations to other communities, for example, must be approved in advance and contacts with former communities, including local phone numbers, should be maintained. FCC guidelines on minimum staffing for studios mandate that a "meaningful managerial presence" must be maintained at a station's main studio. A discussion of acceptable management personnel requirements and other related personnel issues is included.

Noncommercial stations - fund raising activity
Article Abstract:
Noncommercial stations must observe FCC rules on fundraising activities. Stations cannot substantially suspend programming for its own fundraising drives or on behalf of other groups seeking to raise money. However, the allowable length of suspended programming is not specifically defined and the FCC has waived this limit in emergency situations. Program-related materials, including materials sold by for-profit organizations, can be promoted in conformance with FCC rules.
