Ofcom criticized over higher cost

Ofcom is facing flak for announcing 164million pound as their operating cost which is 27% more than the regulation it is taking the place of. Ofcom is expecting the licensees to pay the additional expenses. ITC has released a list of most complained about programmes in the last 13 years.
