Videoconferencing has now come into its own as a way for many companies to conduct business. In addition to having the hardware necessary, executives need to learn how to use videoconferencing effectively. Sometimes drama and speech coaching are necessary because the participants also need to realize how they appear on the screen. Special courses and seminars are available to train potential conferees.
