A roundtable discussion is presented on the issue of UK indies based in regions outside of London feeling marginalized in terms of their airtime share . Members of the panel are ITV's Jeff Anderson, Channel 4's Stuart Cosgrove, BBC's Richard Klein, RDF's Debbie Manners, Pact's John McVay, Wild Rover Production's Phil Morrow, True North's Andrew Sheldon and Ofcom's Steve Perkins.
