Developing a standardized sampling program: The Michigan experience

A resource inventory planning committee formed fisheries division of the Michigan department of natural resources to develop a statewide sampling program for inland waters in 1995. The sampling program was to provide information needed for the management and conservation of users for multiple purposes.
