AUSA's 2004 Annual Meeting and exposition, the three-day event attended by 32,000 people at the new Washington, D.C. Convention Center, featured presentations, conferences, speeches, and a series of educational forums to enhance professional development. The U.S. Army, which is an invaluable part of the nation's war against terrorism, has changed over the years, but the courage and sacrifice shown by the soldiers still remains the foundation of the Army.

Fielding modularity and using it in the fight
Article Abstract:
The unit of action (UA) modular model is being tested by the 3rd Infantry Division to use in combat, whose organic brigades and battalions are the first designated UAs to deploy to Iraq. The UA modularity changes have given commanders more capabilities and choices.
