Article Abstract:
The US Army Special Forces team has arrived in the troubled regions of West Africa to train the local militaries and give them special tools to fend themselves. The US European Command has sent Special Forces team for Exercise Flintlock to train company-size military units in nine Western African nations, as many terrorist groups are finding safe havens in the open lawlessness of sub-Saharan Africa.

Article Abstract:
The US military are assuming that the terrorist network of Osama bin Laden to relocate to Somalia, a country in Africa due to their destruction of their training camps and overthrow of his primary sponsors. Several previous indications of links between southern Africa and international terrorism with reference to their names, their attacks and contacts and their arrest is presented.
