Article Abstract:
The Joint Strike Fighter (JFS) is a very important aircraft, which in spite of still being under construction has the capabilities to be called the mainstay of U.S. and allied force structures in Asia for a long time in the future. The author suggests that Asia is the only country where the fighter's capabilities are extremely necessary, as the sudden explosion of the fourth-generation fighters has put the air forces of U.S. and its partners in the region of high security risk.
