FSL begins HMS Richmond refit programme

The UK Royal Navy (RN) Type 23 frigate HMS Richmond is undergoing an 18-month refit programme at the Fleet Support Limited (FSL) facility in Portsmouth Naval Base, following the vessel's docking on 7 July 2005. This refit covers a wide range of work to upgrade the ship and enhance its operational capability.

Schelde secures RNLN patrol ships contract
Article Abstract:
Schelde Naval Shipbuilding has been awarded the contract by the Royal Netherlands Navy for supplying four patrol ships. The patrol ships will be equipped with the latest technology and deliveries are expected from 2010.
