The BrahMos joint venture between India and Russia is an example of flawless project management in the arms market. Though the world has seen number of joint venture crumble for a variety of reasons, this cooperation between the two nations with entirely different cultures, languages and traditions has stood up against all odds and earned its own respectable place.
