Urgent steps
Article Abstract:
An analysis of the problems faced by European aircraft manufacturer which has two French people as CEO and President, are discussed. Steps recommended to solve the problems, the first and foremost being the abandonment of twin management along with the resulting obsessive need to define and guarantee a precise balance between French and German authorities and responsibilities, are presented.
