Digital command and control ... just do it!
Article Abstract:
A marine officer who had served as both an artillery battalion and an infantry regimental operations officer in Hawaii had the opportunity to be involved in experiments through which he could see the regiment, combat service, support group, and Maine aircraft group evolve from completely manual digital command and control (C(super 2)) methods to a high level of competence. He lists a few of the principles that made his group successful in discovering the benefits of digital C(super 2) systems.
