Article Abstract:
The impact of Ukraine's plans to develop a new missile system to enhance the country's capabilities to prevent foreign aggression on neighboring states is examined. The new missile, Hrom (Thunder), project is important for sustaining Ukraine's missile industry, but it might have different implications for the country's relations with Russia and any future membership of NATO.
