Gen. Emilio Poyo Guerrero Sancho (Ejercito del Aire), General Manager of NETMA, describes about the relationship and sharing of respective responsibilities between NETMA, the national procurement authorities and industry. NETMA is responsible to four governments for all the aspects of Tornado and Eurofighter TYPHOON aircraft procurement and gives the partner nations with an efficient and effective management service for their international programmes at minimum cost.
